Posted December 31, 200420 yr comment_70681 Edwin Watts and Golf Galaxy have the new balls on sale now. Here a pretty good link for some Bridgestone releases in the U.S.: http://golfweek.com/articles/2004/opinion/...sts/3/41204.asp
January 1, 200520 yr comment_70731 that was quick - protos were going off for $20+ more over the past few weeks
January 2, 200520 yr comment_70860 I have already tried this ball. I am hooked. It is awesome. As long or longer than the Pro V1 X and HX Tour. More spin than both and a better trajectory. I have made the switch to BRIDGESTONE, just like my tires. :surprize:
January 3, 200520 yr comment_70873 Great great ball, I have been using the prototype ball for a while and it is one to stay. I believe its the TS X-01 or X-01S ball from japan. One word is SOLID!!!!![/i]

I have made the switch to BRIDGESTONE, just like my tires. :surprize: Todd "Big Hitter" from bsg ran some launch monitor tests on the B33 along with Titleist ProV1, ProV1X, new ProV1-X, new HXTour, and the Nike One Black. The launch moniter results showed that the B33 was the longest tested, more than a yard longer than the new ProV1-X. Definetly worth a look here.
January 8, 200520 yr comment_71785 Did he conduct those tests with a hitting robot or human testing? Great ball, great ball.
January 8, 200520 yr Author comment_71800 I have only one round with the ball so I can't say anything too definitive about it. My driving was a bit off (never felt like my timing was right) but I was at least as long as the ProV1x so it will be interesting to see how things go when I'm feeling more confident on the next few rounds. The one suprising thing was the two slightly thin shots I hit. Both hit the green and settled down very quickly. All of the iron shots into the green bit very well and stopped within a foot or two and some backed up a bit. The spin seemed to be right in between a ProV1 and V1x. Wedge shots hit and bit and chip shots rolled out as expected. Durability is very good. I played a whole round with the same ball, nailed a tree on one hole and you can barely find any damage. I'll try to get six more rounds in and then give a full review.

One word is SOLID!!!!![/i] Spoke to my Tourstage rep. Ths Tourstage X-01 (not S) plays like the B330. According to, it spins well too. And Breal, whassup with your avatar now! Dissapointing man! Get the animated knockers back up already
