How hard is it to reshaft this club?

Hard If you don't have the tools and know how exactly what you are doing.

You need an adaptor, long rod, Map gas torch and shaft puller. If that has a cushin, then you need a hook to pull it out too.

You have to know how long and how hot you want it to get to be able to pull it clean and save the hosel.

Basically, IMO you better spend money if you want to make sure everything is intact and you better go to an experience clubmaker too.
