As an opener, my clubs of choice are as follows: Driver: Titleist 775J.VS 10.5 w/ 44.5" Grafalloy Blue S 3 Wood: Taylor Made Tour Preferred (1991) Tour Spoon 13 w/ FlexTwist Graphite S Irons: Nike forged blades, 2-PW all standard loft, 1 deg flat, +1/4" TT DG X100. Wedges: Titleist Vokey Oilcans, 56.14 and 60.04. Both a degree strong and with soles ground to reduce bounce. Putter: Either Ping Anser 2 or Ping Pal Not very exciting I know, but I tend to find something I like and stick with it. I've used four other sets of Mizunos (2 sets of TP9s, TP11 and MP14) in the last 18 years and have used Cleveland 588s for the last 14 years until recently..
