Information about FDIC pass-through insurance

It had the paypal logos and everything, clicking the link brought you to a false paypal website that looks exactly like the other one. once you sign in, you get a page to put all your personal information. I almost did this, but then to make sure I signed in on the regular paypal website to see if it brought the same page, and it didn't. Therefore this is a definate scam that almost tricked me. as you can see, the copyright in this e-mail, and the false website says 1999-2004, while on the real website its 2005.

Just though i'd let everyone know so they don't fall in the same trap that I almost did.
