do you guys get a lot of humidity up north? if you do, just play a few rounds, clean it, but dont dry it, and leave it outside. sprinkle some salt in the water you clean it with if you want it to happen faster.

if you get a chance to play by an ocean for a week or so then it will help it rust dramatically.

make sure that its not a finished or chrome wedge, no matter how crappy it is. if theres a coating on it, most likely its going to take a lot of time for that to wear off.

it doesn't matter what temperature water you use, just make sure you air it out longer than you soak it. I found a 2:1 air ratio works the best. Something like 1 hour soaking and 2 hours air, or even better is 1 day soaking and 2 days air. hope this helps

yeah i think the coke will romove the finish, but coke is supposed to take away rust, so i don't know how it'll work after you put it in salt water. If you have 2 wedges you're testing with, i'd coke one, then salt water it, and just salt water the other one and see the difference. Maybe the salt water will take of the finish too, who knows
