I just reshafted a set I picked up and they were definitely taper tips. These were the original NB-32 set released a few years back and not the "limited edition" set released last year. Every set of Tourstage irons I've owned have been tapers. I guess there's a chance a used set has been bored to accept .370 tips, but you can always use shims if needed.
