Recommended Posts

Just curious if anyone has ever seen a set a Lehman Box Toe 300 Forged irons with 2mm offset (more than standard retail offset)? How rare are these sets?

Thanks to all for your help identifying this set.

Here are the features of this set:

1. Lehman Box Toe Grind

2. No Serial Number

3. Mirror Chrome Finish

4. 2mm Offset (which is apparently fairly rare)

5. No Stampings on Hosels (apparently very rare... most 2mm sets have "TL2mm" stamped on the hosels)

6. These belonged to Touring Pro Brad Fabel

The 3, 4, 9 and PW have a slight leading edge grind on the heel (pretty cool you can actually see the Miura copper underlay!! ). According to some in the know, these are worth up to $800 in this condition (I'd rate them 8 / 10). Not sure if I'll sell them or not, may just hang on to them!

PICS!!!

Very nice clubs that you have, unstamped TL2mm's are pretty rare. I had TL2mm stamped along with a set of TL2mm+.

From the looks in your pictures, I would say your set is better than 8/10 but being conservative in your ratings is very admirable as compared to many guys that likes to overrate their clubs. :smile2:
