sfgolfer
I use this Izzo tool. It works just fine, but you can only do so much to fight age. http://www.tgw.com/customer/category/produ...ATEGORY_ID=4817
red king
I think you can actually send your club head to golfsmitha and they can cnc cut new grooves into the club for you
plus1
yeah Golfsmith can...also you can send the club to NOMAD GOLF WRX and they can redo the grooves......i had one club done by them which initial seemed to be fantastic, however if i recall the grooves didnt last long!

red king
Dremel tool is a creative method to sharpen your grooves, but you run the risk of turning them into non-conforming box grooves.....What is it, a 2 shot penalty per hole that you have an illegal club in your bag? Phillip Alexander
 Guys, just recently pulled an old Wilson Dyna Powered wedge out of the garage. Had a few chips in the park and it felt great. The grooves are of course just about worn out, however if could have them CNCed at Goldsmith they would be as good as new. Do you believe Golfsmith to be the best option?
allen17
I own the cutter tool from golfsmith and the green tool from TGW.com. The green tool seemed more like a really good groove cleaner. The Golfsmith tool actually cut the grooes and made them deeper. Also the golfsmith tool had differnt head options. You could cut them in V or U groves. I really like the tool and it seems to keep them in good shape, although I'm not sure if my groves are conforming or not and it is a little hard to cut the grooves and not the face. cardia10
I'm sure that not all of us carry microscopic calipers onto the course daily to check our partners grooves, so I'm not so worried about that two shot penatly. Anyway, the golfsmith tool with the two different heads is pretty good. Be prepared to buy extra tips frequently if you groove all your friends wedges.
