How many degrees can I bend one of these wedges safley to weaken the loft ??????

2* safely. after that, procede @ your own risk. w/patience & a good bending machine you can go more, but keep in mind that when you change the loft angle you also change the bounce angle & the offset.

To add to question, i have a oil quench 54 deg I want adjusted to 51, sounds like I need to stop at 52 to be safe, so what will alter bounce to ?

When you decrease loft, you also decrease the bounce angle by the same no. of degrees.
