Alright. Here's the situation. Nike's Blades are about 2 degrees weaker than most sets. Their 3-iron is 23 degrees, whereas most are 21 degrees. If I got the whole set of Blades bent 2 degrees strong, what will the causes and effects be? For example, less bounce would do what? What else will it do other than probably lower ball flight and increase distance. Will their be anything major to worry about?

More off set look and Less bounce!

Major? Maybe if you are a stip swinger, you will dig the course a bit to much...especially on soft condition courses.

For every degree of loft that you take off, you also remove 1 degree of bounce. 2 degrees less bounce probably won't do much unless you play where the turf is really soft.

Thanks guys. So more offset on blades, and my swing is not very steep, so I won't have to worry about them digging to much. So i guess i'll get the set bent so the 3-iron is 21* degrees and so on. Thanks again.

I had my Titleist 670's bent 2 degrees strong and it helped me alot. Also I don't hit the ball any lower and I do hit them about half a club longer which is what I was looking for.
