I'm gaining interest in the Axiv shafts, but am trying to unravel the CPM ratings. My current favorite shaft is a Mitsubishi Shaqx, tipped about 1". It cycles around 280 in a 510 DF. I am interested in the 75XXH series Axiv shafts and assume I need the X, but this is noted to cpm at 300+. I know this will drop with a head installed, but was not certain how far. Assuming swing speed in the 120-125 range, is the X appropriate and how much should it be tipped, or should I look at the SX?

Thanks

Maybe this will help.

I recently had a 6060M tipped 1 inch installed . The shaft states 259 cpm but after installation it dropped to 244 cpm. I do not know the tipped frequency prior to installation.
