Guys just got to thinking reading the other posts, this might be a very interesting comparison for those who have tested both.

Would be very interested in your opinions.

There was a post or two comparing the mb2 vs the NC-1. Not sure if the Gfield play much different or not. I only have the nc-1

Jedi voted for the NC1s and plus 1 the MB2s. Pretty much a tie. Very interested as to how the G-Fields go against both of these really.

Aprofornothing and plus 1 both have got a set of the hand made studio NC1s. They may like to comment on these as well.

The good news in my view is we are comparing Rolls Royces across the board

Both irons play as they were designed to: the NC-1s are very soft, nicely forgiving, hit a little higher, and are a wonderful forged CB. The MB2s are a little less soft, hit slightly lower, more workable, but are solid and pure. I opted to stay with the MB2s for the time being just because they felt more predictable for my swing. Nevertheless, the NC-1s are as good a forged CB as anything out there. Both sets are tops in the looks department so it all comes down to individual preference.
