Posted June 27, 200618 yr comment_121838 TT Lite XL Iron Taper Shaft The shafts start at 40 inches and go down to 36 inches. I Situation 1 The 40 inch is for a 1 iron (36 inch is used for both the 9 iron and PW). Situation 2 The 40 inch is for a 2 iron (and the 36 inch is used only for the PW). Which situation is correct?
July 6, 200618 yr comment_122075 I agree with situation # 2 The difference between P-wedge and 9 iron of most of iron set are : 1. The swing weight of p-wedge should be bigger than 9 iron at lease 1 swing weight. 2. The lenght of p-wedge is 1/4" shorter. 3. The flex of p-wedge should be harder than 9 iron. If the shaft have same flex, the p-wedge may be slightly softer than 9-iron because of the bigger number of swing weight.
