phillypete
It can get pretty windy sometimes and it literally feels like someone is holding a hair dryer in your face. that is the most awful sounding thing in the world, I'll take cold over hot any day... with cold you can just put more clothes on... with heat there is only so much you can do. chainsaw
After all the snow I saw last weekend, I'm right there with you on the hot over cold thing. It's nice every now and then but there's no way I could do three months of it. Are you guys into NASCAR? Big race coming up this weekend in Sin City. I was never into it until I moved out of the south. I guess I'm trying to hold on to my roots or something.

AKFLY
Did you ever have one of those days at the range where everything just came together magically? I was ready to quit this game three years ago – took a little bit of a lay off then got into heavy last fall – and then last Sunday a guy tells me to shorten up my back swing to what felt like ¾’s. Well it works great. I hit like 300 balls today, only because I was striking my irons so well. It worked for my fairway wood also – Driver is slightly off – and the trajectory is now much lower than what I was doing before. :D
Mike
300 balls 8O Wow thats more than I hit in a year  Actuallt good for you AK , now if the weather would just get real nice you could take it out on to the course. Still are hitting the driver too high . Hmm don't know what to tell you , but keep plugging away .

Minimal302
The weather has been pretty good up here in WV. Today was windy but stayed around 60. Tomorrow mid 50's. Not bad for March. :D
AKFLY
Ah So , I got you know . Â I had thought you meant you were still hitting it too high . Sorry changed no to now. It was tempting to play today - but my plan to blow out of work early was fouled, as my wife wanted to buy me lunch. I think I may give the NV one last chance in the driver. Also met a fine gent at the range and just e-mailed him the Tourspec pertinent info. - Hopefully he finds his way to the basement.

Alcap26
I'm back. Myrtle beach the past couple of days was great. The weather was beautiful...especially Monday and Tuesday. The wife and I had a great time and I enjoyed the golf. I will be posting a full review of the Dye and Fazio courses at Barefoot Landing tomorrow. I am too tired tonight after driving the 390 mile drive in about 5 hours and 45 minutes. Let me also say that if you have or vacation anywhere with a bonefish grill go there and eat. The grouper was great and I also found a new Martini that I like called the Florida-tini. If I would have only been home to manage my Fantasy golf I could have be giving Pete some competition. Also I will review the golf tour trailer experience I had...it was a positive one. I went to the fitting to see if my suspicions were right and they were I am cutting my irons down a half inch and maybe flattening the a degree. Did not get to hit the mizunos but that was all right. I did get to use the vector launch monitor with my driver but b/4 I could hit it the guy ( can't remember his name but a great guy) took a peek at the driver and noticed it was tour issue as well as the rescue and my numbers were perfect. Ball RPM's in the mid 2000 range ball...it said I hit it 283 on the first lick with the launch monitor. All I can say is that I want a vector launch monitor...no flash...that thing was great. The club prices were a little higher than I had hoped through tour trailer but that is okay...I am not sure if I am getting the Mizunos...need to tinker more with the 300s. Overall I would grade the experience as positive. I really liked getting on the launch monitor and also seeing where I was with my clubs after some work done on them over the winter. All for now....more to come.
