Axiv recomendations

I am looking for some oppinions.

I want to try an axiv shaft. I think I am looking for something like a Diamana red board 73x (which seems like a soft x to me), my bad shot is high and curving to the right, however it starts out on the correct line, it is not a distinct push, nor is it a pull slice. However it does tend to go along way to the right. The ball flight suggests it is a block due to stopping my body before completing my rotation. I am not looking for the shaft to fix this, this is something I need to work out of my swing however I am NOT looking for a shaft for someone that hits duck hooks. Simply, I have a one plane swing and sometimes I don’t get the clubface closed all the way.. The shaft will be going into a J33 10.5 head playing at 45.25 inches long. The J33 460 is a very low spin, low launching head.. I like a nice high ball flight with really low spin to maximize carry and roll. I prefer a heavier shaft.

Currently I play a redboard 83s tipped one inch, inserted 1.5 inches. It is just a bit on the heavy side and I will put this into my fairway. I think I want to go with a naturally stiffer shaft so that I do not have to tip and loose the activity in the tip section. Also when I really go after the swing, the shaft should not get overloaded, but I do not want to loose distance by going too stiff. I have also had good results with the Fujikura e360 as well but it lacks a lot of feel and kick at impact. My swing speed averages between 106 – 112 and my typical “golf course” driver shot is 260 – 300 including roll and carry, confirmed by my GPS from tee to where the ball comes to a complete rest.

I believe what I am looking for is a 7572L. What are your thoughts? Do you think a 7576L or a M in either of these flexes would be better

I would contact TourSpecGirl, she is the expert on Axiv shafts, I found her very helpful and informative when I was in the same situation as yourself. I am delighted with my Axiv V and am following TourSpecGirls advice for axiv shafts in my FW woods!

Concur.

I would be thinking 7576M - you'd find the L a little whippy IMO.
