Posted January 11, 200718 yr I used Sonartec TRC 14 with no big problem, lately I lose distance and the club shows strong dispersion to the right up to strong fade. That's really p***ing me off. Currently I replace it with V-Steel until I can try the new RC FW, my shot is still straight, minimum dispersion and distance also still okay. I am wondering how a club ages, does the shaft structure changes with time (outwear), does a metal club also ages. Maybe the RC/Sonartec engineer are too good, so they can design a club so it will last only for certain time period (TRC is a 2002 model) :PP

Don't know about FW's.
January 11, 200718 yr I have two TRC's I use from time to time and both are still going strong. However, like anything else, I could see clubs deteriorating over time. With all the abuse a club goes through I'm sure it could develops small cracks at critical areas which would cause performance to suffer.
