TSG is all about bringing you guys options. This is going to be an exciting year, as you can see it's only January and the Pro Shop just keeps growing with great products.

The 2007 Ozik Line has been added including the new Xcon lineup which has a similar profile to the popular Altus line with no Zylon, a tighter feel and thicker butt section and Ozik's typical beautiful finish. You can check out the specs below...

How's going on Gocchin? Wow, So gorgeous TSG!!!

I'm already one of supporter for OZIK line. Actually, I've already equiped ozik shafts to my new gamers...until coming down my pre-ordered New X-Drive 430P with Quattro Tech. Usually, i cope with my low handi friends with TM425 Tour Issue with ozik code 6. And for 2007 seasion, I am practicing TM 460 Tour Issue with Ozik Candy prototype.

Those two shafts have definitely different characteristics. Code 6 has been already explained a few time through many threads but candy proto is new here.

In a word, candy proto has Altus spin rate and code 6 launching angle. In addition, candy proto felt very smooth steming from zylon which is added in Altus, TP-7 and TP-7X line. After a few field test, I will post some review.

In my opinion, the man who prefer to the taste of "tight" code 6 has will love X-CON

series whereas the man preferring to the taste of "smooth" altus line has will love X-CON altus or candy proto.

Usually code and X-CON series felt true to their flex because those lines have not zylon. However, Altus and TP line felt a tad more smooth to their flex.

Even though there being definite pricing gap between code/X-CON series and TP series, the performance is another story. It means "taste for taste".

Personally, I prefer code series to other lines having zylon.

I will be back with more fruitful information in the near future.

Good luck TSGer!
