I have recently aquired a set of Hiro Matsumoto irons and need to change the shafts out.

Does anyone have any idea what the hosel I.D. is? I pulled the shaft on the PW last night and test fit a DGX100 .355taper tip. It seemed pretty loose, I checked the shaft on another clubhead that I know is .355t and it fit nice and snug. I had the same issue with some nike forged blades not too long ago also (I tried NIKE customer service; complete waste of time)

Any help would be very much appreciated.

    I have a set of graphite fit Matsu and was told by my fitter that the irons/hosels were micro taper like the Pings. I trust this makes some sense to you or whether it makes any difference as to what you described.
