duncan
I am currently gaming the R7 Fogred with NSpro 950 stiff. While loving the feel of the 950s, the trajectory is too high and probably giving up distance and have a difficult time against wind. I'm thinking to change the shafts to either Shimada K3001 or DG SL. My driver SS is ~100mph and 7 iron carry is 155yd. Any experiences or advise on these shafts will be much appreciated. I have a set of K'3001 R flex (shafted in Hong Kong) and I found them to be as high if not higher flight than my nspro 850 R. It is just an impression since I have never taken both out to play at the same time. IMO, the K3001 gives a livier kick than the nspro. I know someone in this forum is considering the new K7001 which is latest offering from Shimada in favor of the 950s.
Duffer19
On reviewing the spec of the K3001 and 7001, the '3001 seems to be the lower flight shaft (on spec at least.)
