Would like to get some feedback on this shaft. Interested in getting this as an upgrade to the stock Callaway speed axis shaft that is also designed by GD for the Legacy Driver. I know the stock shaft is lighter but would like to see if anyone can compare the shafts for performance. Thanks for any comments.

MD7 is worth buying! Buy it just to replace the stock shaft! Buy it alone just to look at the nice fishing pole graphics!! You won't be disappointed w/the MD7 it rox hard for me. Good for the hard swinger too, anti left shaft for me. I can go at it w/the MD7 and just smooth straight "piercing" shots, no duck hooks.

The MD is a great shaft if you make a reasonably quick transition/move through the ball. It has great kick, but as mentioned above it is stable and should keep you out of the left-hand rough.

I almost went with this combo in the Legacy and if I went after the ball more off the tee, this combo would be the go - I unloaded on a few with this and it was as close to dead straight as I think I will get! For a mix of easier and harder swings though, the stock shaft was a bit easier for me to play around with (ss is 48 ms with a slower transition).
