Posted June 21, 200817 yr Has anyone play them how do they feel and act compare to ex. Epon 301 or are they more like 501 model.
June 22, 200817 yr I have played about 10-15 rounds with my set. They are shafted with NSPro 1150's. Excellent Irons. Best way I can describe them is "solid" I do prefer my Epon 301's over them. The Epons have an overall better feel and are more workable. I have had a set of 501's... IMO, the TS cb's are probably a bit closer to the 501's than the 301's You can't go wrong with either set. Looking for more forgiveness, I would say the TS cb's or the Epon 501's would be the way to go. Looking for more blade like performance with not quite as much forgiveness then the Epon 301's would be the better fit. If it comes down to wanting a cavity back with the best feel and workability then IMO the Epon 301's are the best.
June 24, 200817 yr With the 1150's they are not a high launch. Med trajectory. I'm sure their are different shafts that could turn them into a higher or lower launch.
