Ordering a Gold's Factory Putter.

I don't usually think of myself as a particularly dumb individual but there are certain times that come about where i have to ask myself, "am i missing something here" ................this is one of those times.

I've wanted to purchase a Gold's Factory Putter for a while now but have been reluctant to order a custom made one because, to be honest, i've had no luck with order forms and i'm basically just not sure how it works. I know when you click on Gold's Factory putters a description comes up with a billion cool options, but what are you supposed to do from there? There's nothing you can check off or anything like that and what as far as personal custom options (initials, symbols, etc), how do you go about doing that. I also noticed that the 3 different available finishes are called different things at different points in the page of options. Clarification please!

Any help would be really appreciated. Maybe i'm the only one who needs some guidance here. But then again, maybe not.

My mistake. Clearly you can click off options. I guess my question now is, how do u go about choosing different colors for personal touches (logos, symbols, dragons, etc etc etc)?

Hi R,

Say you want to carve your initials RH in the heel bumper. You select carve 2 characters. And when you check out write in the comments section:

"Engrave RH in the Heel Bumper White Paintfill"

But besides that, most orders that go through the pro shop are very generic. If you want something very custom use the design forms and create your own. That's actually what most people do. Another way is to just attach examples of putters Gold's has done before to get your idea across.
