I see that Yamaha is now offering custom shaft options on all of their products. Options from Roddio to Fuji to GD. Woods, irons, wedges included. Looks like you can order length changes as well as grip changes. Here are some links. I am not sure how to post the entire sections.

They've always done the woods but its nice to see them add the irons and wedges this year around... I wish Tourstage would do the same with their irons and wedges.

How long does it take for custom shaft options?

B, an additional 7-10 days for woods and 10-14 days for irons.

Would it be worth trying to contact them to see if they can/would bend a FW 2-3* flat?

I know someone who would but 2 of them.... :)
