I have to say that these have always looked very tempting to yours truly.

However, I'm curious to know if anyone has used these or seen them before.

For the record, I have a set of PRGR 900 MD and think that they are nothing but quality and would like to know if the 500 BL are comparable.

Very soft and almost blade like. PRGR doesn't offer a blade but this is the closest thing to it. The 500BL are definitely comparable to the 900MD.

I haven toyed with these (short demos only) and they are a fantastic iron! They are more forigiving than a true blade but they are wonderfully crafted and had, imho, one of the best grinds of any iron available last year.
