Can anyone give me some help here?

I bought some heads a few weeks ago ( nearly 3 to be precise ) and as yet have not seen sight nor sound of them !!

They were shipped last friday (9th) , from seattle, washington, usa using United States Postal Service, via Priority International. According to them, you should receive it in 6-10 business days (Mon - Fri).

They can not be tracked as USP didnt give the guy a shipping number and now im beginning to worry a little.

Has anyone else experienced any shipping issues the the Uk from the US using this service?

hopefully they will be here any day soon and I can get out, get them shafted and try them out

Sadly... shipping to anywhere is a bit of a gamble. Shipping anywhere outside the US is an even bigger gamble.

It is possible they are hung up in customs somewhere. I would also check at my local PO and make sure it isn't stuck there because they want a signature.

I've been thru and heard sad stories when it comes to shipping.

I also don't believe anyone that ships overseas from the US isn't given a receipt. If at the very least a copy of the customs form you must fill out.

Time to lean of the SELLER on this one.

Yeah there should have been a customs reciept... thats what I had when I shipped you the wedges.

heads arrived this afternoon :-))

now need to send them off to get shafted and gripped and best of all ...... hit the short green stuff !!!

as you say it seems a hit or miss as far as shipping goes, hopefully it wont put you guys off shipping your gear to this side of the pond ????
