Hi guys,

Understand that a few models of Geotech irons are forged in Japan. I dont know if N-16 prototype blade model is forged in Japan? Or anywhere i can get the answer.

I am looking for a new iron set and wanna give them a try. Any suggestion? Thanks

It said Japan on their site but Gocchin or Chris would be the final authority on this. I know my EK is Japan forged as it said on the hosel.

thanks Duffer, i'll wait Gocchin and Chris to give a clue on this then.

Anyway, EK is one on my list too. How do you like it? Any comments you wanna give?

Thanks

Yes the N-16 and Classic are both forged in Japan as are the GT Special Grind, Tour and KA-1 wedges.

The EK and Prorotype 670HC and Limited are both from Japan as well.

Well, while the EK is forged 25C, it is not Epon soft. Since I am a mid hdcp, it has just the right amount of offset and head size. For the price, it makes a great back up or spare set of irons.
