Iomic VS NOWON grips

I've held an Iomic before but never even seen the NOWON grips...anyone like one better than the other? Is the 48 NOWON thinner on a .600 butt shaft than the Iomic sticky? hmmm... :tsg_smiley_crazy:

I've also read that the Iomic sticky wears faster than the X-grip. Where does the NOWON grips stand in the wear and tear area? thanks

The Iomic Sticky is actually thinner because the standard Nowons are more meaty which give that soft feel. The Experts are a bit harder as the grip is packed tighter together so they may feel thinner on a standard 0.600 shaft. If you want thinner, you should actually move up to a M62 Iomic where the walls are thin because the core is wider.

Sticky wise I felt the Nowon was more sticky but I personally like both grips.

I have the Nowon, super sticky, very soft, The regular are ok, I wear a cadet medium. I wish they were a touch thinner. I am interested in the new experts as they are firmer. The Nowons feel so soft and are great, but I want something alittle more stable as my SS gets up there.

I have both NOWON and honestly, I prefer the regular over the Expert. The Expert is not as soft and IMO, loses some of the original Nowon appeal- sticky and soft.

I put the Iomic Sticky on my driver and played a round today. I think I'll like the Nowon's better as the Iomic wasn't as sticky as I thought.

I just read in another thread that the 48 is slightly smaller and softer than the 50. Think I might go with the 48.
