Hope this helps. There is no gouges on any of the irons. The PW has the most wear on the face and that is pictured above. The 7 iron has a little bent groove in the middle of the face. But, it doesn't show up in play. The picture is just blown up to "show it off". :)

Not to my knowledge. Everything I ordered and was told I received was men's standard.
