Swing speed in relation to ... ?

Hi everyone,

I just read the description about the new Fujikura Bangvoo Premium Iron Shafts. At the end of it they (Chris or Tario or...) wrote: 'We suggest swing speeds of 90-100mph for the R flex and 100-110mph for the stiff. These are approximates and depend on your swing style as well.'

Is it 90-100mph swinging my driver or my 7 iron they relate to because I know I swing my 7 iron at about 90mph.

Thanks in advance for your help.

If you can get 110mph out of a 7 iron, you are a player!!!!!!!!!

It would be Driver swing speed me thinks.

Yup I agree Driver speed. Most 6iron SS are mid 80s to 90s for 100+ driver SS.

Thanks to all of you for your immediate replies! It's just fantastic the support one - I - can get here from the real insiders.

I thought it was in relation to the driver ss but just wanted to make sure that I don't order something I really can't handle :-)

When I write up any of our product descriptions in the pro shop swing speed references are always referring to driver speeds whether it be iron shafts, fw shafts or driver shafts.

So yes they are certainly driver speeds.

Thank you Tario!

I have to say that I really really appreciate your hard work writing all these great reviews and testing JDM equipment I would never hear of otherwise.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
