Titleist forged wedges

Anyone gamed these yet? I'm debating ordering these vs the Fourteen RM-11.

I have a set of Miura black wedges (feel too hard), then changed to Titleist Custom black (not hard but still not the feel I want) and then when found out about the Titleist forged ordered these and am awaiting delivery. Will post report once I receive them.

I don't think anyone has gotten their wedges yet. We have a TON of orders but most are beginning to ship out this week as Titleist massively oversold their pre orders and people have to end up waiting because of that.

Both wedges you are considering are very good in both looks and feel and we should be reviewing both soon.

I hope my order was early enough to be the first batch out. tsg_smiley_drool.gif

Yours is a custom order so it will take a bit longer... first batch out is all standard specs and shafts.

I have the 62 and been gaming it for a few months now. AWESOME club. I have it with shafted with K S Wedge 120. Out of bunkers it's hilariously good, off the fairway with square set up it pops up, rolls a foot or two and stops and most surprising is on my course the rough is nice rye/bermuda comba cut nicely - I can open the blade up and get it to stop on a six pence!

I am considering changing the shafts as it feels a bit too stiff so the "feel" of the head gets a bit missed - which is not something I want. Best wedge I have ever owned.

I first ordered a 54 with Rombax 75 stiff from TSG and had to wait for over 2 months for this custom built. I was not disappointed with the result. Although the 54* has 10* bounce, it is most versatile even on the tightest of lies. With a lighter shaft, it is just a natural progression to my graphite irons. Like it so much, I picked up another 50* with the same shaft during my trip to Japan in February. The Titleist replaced my Sky Dream Jump and thats saying a lot.

Both are really good as far as feel and looks. I'd say vokey is a bit softer but fourteen is way more zippy. Especially on full swings.
