Exhaloprez
How do the ONOFF Forged and the Miura PP 9003 compare in forgiveness, feel, trajectory and distance? Lastly, is ONOFF coming out with a new blade or cb for 2012 and if so, where will it be positioned in the ONOFF line? Really appreciate your input. gocchin
No new blade (unless a special edition comes out) and the CB will be the ONOFF RED model which is aimed at average golfers to higher handicappers. The ONOFF Forged is current until 2012. The ONOFF is forged by Endo and probably has better distance than the 9003 though they are comparable feel wise. The ONOFF launches easier and can get up there thanks to huge amounts of tungsten in the long and mid irons. the 9003 doesn't use any weighting. The ONOFF even though aimed at the better player might be a touch more forgiving, I am playing them now and they are no less forgiving than the VG3 Forged I had which is a pocket cavity. Keep in mind, feel, distance and trajectory can all be affected by your shaft choice as well.
Chicchino
Acctually playing with a Epon AF-302 iron set. Reading your comment, the OnOff Forged seems to be significatevely more forgiving. Could you please confirm my idea? Other iron sets with similar forgiveness or more? Are OnOff Forged available in head only (would like to choose the right shaft with my local fitter)? Thank you in advance for your help. They are not a components company.

Could you please compare these irons in term of forgiveness: Epon AF-501 Tourstage Impress X D Forged Bridgestone J40 DPC Yonex Ezone Forged PB Sorry for the many question but I'm looking for a forged iron with more forgiveness as possible. Feel is obviously important!!! Edited November 4, 2011 by Chicchino
