Posted March 25, 201212 yr comment_176932 Hi All, I have the chance to buy a couple if wedges of a friend of a friend and I got then from him today to have a go with but I'm unsure the brand... I haven't checked them in my loft & lie machine they look like a 52° & 58° to my eye anyway. Heres a picture I just took so hopefully someone will know straight away I'm sure. Cheers

March 26, 201212 yr comment_176972 These are Chikara V2 Prototypes. One in 51° and the other in 57°. Lovely Wedges, i play the same setup. What is the price you have to pay for these?

I've not actually discussed a price with my friend yet, he was good enough to let me try them. He doesn't really want to sell them but he's gaming my old Miura wedges which I sold him so I'm sure I could talk him round eventually
April 14, 201212 yr comment_178026 Nice stuff! I'm curious about the feel and performance. Especially what kind of reaction you get around the greens.
April 15, 201212 yr comment_178093 I have the 51 and the 57 also in the bag. I really love the 51, GREAT spin and very versatile. The 57 is just a tad to big in my eye. But also very very soft. All in all really great handcrafted wedges for a very reasonable price.

I'm the opposite to King as I could take or leave the 51° but I love the 57°. First time I played them was on a hard links course and the 57° was excellent off the tight hard lies and I hit some delicate chip shots around the green that I'd never have been able to pull off with my Scratch 60°
May 8, 201212 yr comment_179527 I love my chikara wedges...first time I've been able to open the face way up and flop it like Phil and with confidence using my 58*!
