RIduffer
I am not a fan of wedge shafts either. Have better shots when the shafts are the same for all of the irons...
Guest kbeasley
Shimada HW 120s. For my money they provide a great combination of 8-9 iron stiffness and spinny wedge shaft feel. Doesn't matter which shaft manu/brand you like in your irons, the Shimadas seem to fit into the set with no problems. But, they do not add much to the feel of the club. They just do the job and stay out of the way. Right now, I have NS SP Blues (S) in my Mizuno MP32s and Aerotech 95s in my Srixon Pro 100s. The Shimadas are a great fit either way. I will be keeping them, no matter how many different shafts I play in my irons. YMMV.
Guest kbeasley
Forgot to mention. I played the Modus 3 in the Srixons, they are excellent. Almost won the bag. The SPB's are a better fit for the Mizunos, and the Aerotechs have won out for the the Srixons. The Modus3 are very tasty, but not exactly what I am looking for.
