ahbot
I'm pretty new to TSG but been active on the wrx. I need some help. I'm going to build another set for 2013 and need some crucial info on RomaRo. Can anyone compare these irons to Miura 501s or Epon 302s? I'm looking to build a set and would like some insights. Are they in the same league in terms of size? Should I be looking at RomaRo's CB models? Thanks in advance! Brando
idrive
The H's have been on back order for about 6 weeks now. Hoping they start shipping any day..... I'm building mine with NSPro Ora shafts. They have to be better than the 302's or they will be on the market..... couple guys own them or have owned them... hopefully they can give you a comparison, otherwise it's going to be at least a couple of weeks before the folks "waiting" can get them out and play. rb2235
I have 8 rounds in with the Hs. I havent played the 302s but have most of the previous models leading up to the 302. Played the 501s for one round and sold them. For me, Hs are excellent in terms of feel, sound, turf interaction(Im a digger), and looks. They are equal or better in the forgiveness dept to the 302 and 501. Hs are around the same size as the other two maybe a smidge smaller...the sole is smaller than both the EPON and Miura. I keep waiting for them to disappoint in the forgiveness category but that has not happened. They play off a 46* PW. PetethePilot I think plays or has played the Hs more extensively. wmclarenf1
My set will probably only come in after the new year so sorry I can't give first hand experience as of now.

wmclarenf1
Thanks guys. I'm seriously torn between these Hs or the AF Tours. Im going to place the order soon. I don;t think you are comparing apples to apples with the H and the AF Tours. You should compare the AF Tours to RomaRo's Blades. ahbot
So you would consider the Hs to be more towards a cavity back like epon 302s?! Im just wondering because I am new to RomaRo and Epon. Im not close to any dealer who has access to these clubs. Only JDM clubs I have built are Yonex Ezone MB, Yonex Nanovs, and Miura 501s. So any help on this particular club and how it stands up to some of the clubs i listed would help out soo much. Thanks and happy holidays!!!!
