March 1, 201312 yr Don't think that's true. Here is my friend's R1 Tour Issue head (on left) sitting next to retail head on right. Tour issue head smaller from top, much deeper face. March 14, 201312 yr I believe tour issue and tp are two different things. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus That's correct. Tour issue ard special heads for tour players, although it can also be normal retail heads thare weight checked. TP is something else completely.
