JGalls
SS is around 87 w/ a 6 iron. I know the Aerotech's play stiff. Shafting up a set with R flex 110CW's, wondering if I should hardstep once? Thanks
EdGolf
Yes they do player stiffer to flex, especially the 110. What steel shaft you currently gaming and in what flex?
JGalls
In recent past it's been Modus3 Stiff, now have some irons setup with recoils 125 F4. The recoils are performing great, might be slightly on the stiff side, but pretty darn good. Edited April 18, 2013 by JGalls
EdGolf
I used to play Modes 3 stiff and I find 110 regular to be just fine (slightly stiffer than Modus in stiff) I won't hard step the
Guest kbeasley
I have played the NS SP Blues, S flex in both my Mizuno MP-32s and Srixon Pro-100s. My driver ss is 98-100. I have gamed the Aerotech 95s, R flex, in both sets at one time or another and found them to be almost exactly the same feel as the SPBs with the exception of maybe a slight bit smoother feeling through the hit. That difference probably has more to do with the fact that the Aeros are lighter than the SPBs, which for me is not a bad thing. I really like the smooth, punchy feel of the SPBs, but the Aeros are less work for the same results. And, I don't try to/have to swing quite as hard with them to get the same flight, distance, and dispersion, which tends to mean better results for me.
