Posted September 11, 201312 yr Ordered a new CRZ-450 that is arriving this weekend (whooooo). I was wondering if there was more info on the design differences in this head versus the predecessor and where it is made/forged?
September 12, 201312 yr Congrats and welcome to the forum. Looking forward to your review on this vis-a-vis the Maxima and TRPX. Hopefully you have the same Crazy shaft in the TRPX as well for a like for like review.
September 12, 201312 yr Author Thanks for the welcome :) I am going to play the Messenger in the TRPX, so it will be a little biased when it comes to that, so we will see. Excited to see the head comparison between the CRZ-450/Maxima (though, everything is subjective to my own funky swing ;)
September 12, 201312 yr Craig got his before it was even released as he is a VIP at Crazy (^_^) Jason (JayDM) is the only other one who has gotten one since it came out a few weeks ago. The design differences are mostly internal, as the outside looks the same. If you read Craigs post he thought he had the same driver until he hit it. The changes were mostly made internally with weighting and internal design changes.
