Duffer19
Somehow I have always associate gold color JDM drivesr with Hi Cor. I listed this Romaro Gold 455LX for a friend last year here for sale as Non Conforming. It didnt sell and gave it back to him. All of a sudden a few days ago at the club, he gave me this head as he said he has no use for it and a token to thank me for selling his Romaro Ray irons last year here. Did some more research into the 455LX Gold and found that it might actually be conforming. Not exactly sure the difference between gold version vs the normal 455LX (besides color) but now I would have to find a suitable shaft to test it out. Anyone has experience with this Gold version? Miuramaniac
With the RomaRo 460HX, the gold version is a lighter head for using with a longer shaft and has a closed face angle, the description of this 455LX includes the sentence "Comparatively, high coefficient of rebound". Their translations are often hilarious and confusing, but this might be saying it's over the .088 or whatever the legal limit is.
