Hi ladies and gentleman of TSG

I would like to garner some recommendations here

It has come to a time I needed to retire my woods and UTs as they are getting worn out.

Any recommendations of their replacements?

Currently I'm using a 14deg Romaro FW, 18deg old Razr fit, both on tour ad sf5s. The shafts can stay. Heads are to be changed. uT I'm using a Romaro UT24, on basileus ut70. Will probably need a 22 or 23 to get the distance I need for long approach shots

Prefer compact heads and with crisp feel on impact

Thanks for your recommendations in advance

Cheers

RS

Since you have the same sake, you should really get the 23* I brid. I have the 17, 20 and 23 and 20* is long but most consistent is the 23*. I am still having problem with 17* on tee and off the deck.

Yeah

I'm very consistent on the 24 also

But the head has been defaced and scratched as I put the head into the cleaning mechanism on the buggy

Affecting my setup visually...

As far as utes go, the Crazy has the hottest face and is as good as any utility I have hit.

Woods well the old egg spoon is the longest, but feel and sound, well I am yet to speak to anyone who likes it.

The Ryoma will give you lots of carry and gets up quick, but I dont like it off the tee.

Generally I think buy the 3 wood you ike the look of. Taking the old Egg and Ryoma out, I think there are a multitude of good all round woods out there.

When I was in Hawaii, I hit the Romaro 3 wood of actiona, and it was as hot and long as any I have ever hit.

I currently have the Crazy 3 wood and a Yamaha as my all rounders.

I did use the Epon utes for a while andnthey feel good, but just too draw biased for me.

Just some suggestions, and really as far as utes and woods go everyone likes something different.

Still the Ryoma FW. It's a bit big and the sound/feel is not the best but it performs.

If you're truly a whore for RomaRo, y'ain't gonna do better than the Type R FW's and Type R utes. Those FW's spank the snot out of the ball and are easy to hit.
