Anyone had experience with getting a replacement for a snapped shaft from the manufacturer. I have a Crazy Black that has snapped about 2 cm into the grip. Traded from a TSG member - trying to get receipt. Any ideas welcome. Long shot I know.

Crazy and TSG customer service are above and beyond all else when it comes to warranty and/or replacements. Contact TSG with the details and hope for the best.
