HELP*** Broken shaft - Crazy Black

Anyone had experience with getting a replacement for a snapped shaft from the manufacturer. I have a Crazy Black that has snapped about 2 cm into the grip. Traded from a TSG member - trying to get receipt. Any ideas welcome. Long shot I know.

    I have heard of 46 breaking but never an 80
