Posted July 18, 201411 yr Does anyone play one of their drivers? I'm seriously considering the TW717 460. Really like the look of this head. There doesn't seem to be any reviews of Honma gear? Would really like to hear some comments from any users of this club.
July 19, 201411 yr I've tried the TW455 model and had a good experience. I think Honma did a great job with all the new TW line up. The 455 driver was very easy to get in the air and very forgiving. Wouldn't say it's the longest, but it is very respectable and considering the forgivieness and stability in ball flight, it is a good club to consider putting in the bag. Very appealing for those looking to post a score.
August 8, 201411 yr Author Just an update, I did just order the Tw717 460 with Vizard TA55 shaft. Really looking forward to hitting it. Not sure how long it will take to get, as it's a special order from Honma, plus shipping time. I'll certtainly post a review as soon as I can. It was a toss up between this and a Ryoma Special tuning, but the cost factor for the Ryoma was just too much. Hopefully will be happy with this choice.
