O.K. I bought a bucket of this stuff. What is the best way to dispense.

I was thinking of putting some in a canning jar. Boiling some water, insert jar to heat the glue , then draw with a syringe and inject into the head while the head is on a scale to get the weight precise.

After heat the bottom of the head with a heat gun to get the glue to disburse where desired.

Anyone have a better method ?
