My 17 year old son fell in love with the S59's. I picked him up a mint set with DG S400's. He's OK with them but I feel the shafts are just too heavy for him. He's 5'9", about 145 and average build.

Can any of you guys recommend a good, lighter weight steel shaft? Should I pick up cs lites (which I have in my Pings and love) from Ping?

Any suggestions welcome, as always! :)

    Has he developed any type of flight pattern.

    If you are loooking for a light weight shaft - just go with a dynalite gold.

    Also if you are looking for shafts I have a set of ZZ65 shafts for pings.
