Rob13
I acquired a Tourstage X-Drive that had some loose, ratteling foam from a prior reshaft job. I pulled the shaft and removed the foam......not much fun. Anyway, I'd like to refoam the head. Any suggestions on what type/brand of foam to use? Foam install tips? Or should I scrap the foam and use a little hot melt and call it a day?

You need to make sure first how much weight you loose and how much you need to add and also how much room you have to add foam again. I ussually use Hilti from Home depot, More expensive that other foam but better expansion. You do have to add foam again to make sure nothing loose again, especially impact force are quite pretty unpredictable. Good luck! joe
