June 24, 200421 yr I play JYS Blue 6.5. It's great. Plays true to flex; I play (S)tiff. With the 2.8 torque I doesn't put a lot of spin on the bal even though it's High-Kick...and because it's high-kick and I still feel like I can work the ball--even though I don't normallly. The kick itself is strong but smooth. I like this shaft even better than the 660TR, which doesn't feel as firm and seems to produce a little more spin. Plus, the shaft is BEAUTIFUL. :love: 'Hope that helps.
June 24, 200421 yr Thanks, I am excited to try it. Do you play yours untipped? Also smoother than a 660! Wow. The 7.5 is at 77 grams and I am thinking about replacing a 75 NV in a three wood with it. I can't understand the trimming instructions on the JP website for FWs. Could someone help me? Thanks Matt
