This is a Tour 983E with no serial number on hosel and a Grafalloy Prolite 40-X. I do not know about shaft insertion.....may be a blind bore. Club is 44 3/4 inches long and sets up square. Face is hot and sound is great. Condition is 8.5 of 10 with top looking very good....little scratching around hosel and a little heat markings
