  1. Glad to know that I am not the only relative of Mrs Sese-seko
  2. I have the Anser 2F and the Scottsdale Anser, they will never come out of rotation...Unless I just completely give up the game, I will give them to my son (when i have one)
  3. That is a nice putter...any chance that you will have some for sale, especially if they have the zing style heads...
  4. I kinda agree, the 970 is small and not the easiest club to hit, feels good, nice low trajectory but still nothing i would consider easy to use due to its size. It wasn't due to head size, it was due to weight. He wasn't able to adjust from steel in the 970 to graphite in the Ignite and I guess he didn't like the feel of graphite in the 970. At least, that is what he allegedly said in his intervoew
  5. One of the best, yet very underrated forged cavity backs on the market today is the Tour Edge V-Blade. http://www.touredge.com/products/mens/vblade.html
  6. official announced his signing with Nike on his website: www.justinleonard.com ...
  7. It is rumored that Mark O'Meara will be on Nike in 2005 also...probably in the role of player/club consultant. It will give Nike another country club type... EDIT: It is now more like that Justin Leonard was the original country club type moving over to Nike as was rumored for the last few months. Still no word on whether Mark O'Meara is moving over to Nike or if was just a rumor, sorry for the confusion...
  8. Have someone watch to see if you have a shut clubface at impact, trust me on this, having a shut face at impact is something that you don't see yourself, but the ball flight tells all...
  9. 1. Nike Ignite - Adila NV 75X 2. Cleveland Launcher 330 - Fuji VP 80X 3. Titleist J-VS - Apache MFS 65P X 4. (people hate it but...) Nike 350 - GD Purple Ice X All were 9.5, but very easy to point and shoot. 3 other accurate drivers were: 1) Cleveland QuadPro (the champion) - Fuji VP 80X 2) Callaway GBB II 3) Ping SI-380 and Tec (very underrated) Just my humble GO on good drivers...
  10. I am absolutely amazed that since Tiger is using graphite in a Tourney and this is a golf web site, no one here has found pictures or gotten the scoop on what kind of shaft it is? I saw that the head was a 410, probably 7.5 or 8.0 and from all reports it is a grafalloy prototype shaft, in the 95 gram range, stiff tipped playing at 44.5 range... 1
  11. Vijay has an unbelieveable work ethic on his game, he will after a round go hit balls until the range closes, then he hits before his tee time. If he misses the cut, he will work all day on his game. He is rumored to spend a minimum of 4 hrs a day hitting balls and working on his game, along with time in the gym... A few years back, Tiger did the same thing. Many of the pros will wear certain clubs, most wear out wedges every couple of months, simple because they are constantly practicing their short game all the time.
  12. Considering that Cleveland writes the bigger paycheck, I think you would put the Cleveland HC on the driver also...no matter what is underneath it...
  13. I agree with you 100%. Can't wait for the tourney season here in Atlanta and seeing all the TM guys with R7 saying how Beautiful it is, but how ooogly the Nike is...I will fall on the tee box laughing, right after I blow it by them by about 20 yds...
