  1. no, diamana in nike dfi and in sasquatch is not comparable to the premium grade shaft that bought separately at all.
  2. I think TS 202 is the older version of X-Blade CB. On the other hand, V-iq forged is the newer version of V300. The Viq forged is easier to hit and longer by 10+ yards on average. I usually hit 150 yards par 3 with 7 iron with viq forged, I used 8 iron. so it means easier to hit especially in longer clubs such as 190 yards with 4 iron EASILY compare to 3 iron in the old set which I can never hit them consistantly. But with these clubs you will find your short irons have some gap missing. That's why I carry 4 wedges and not carrying 3 irons. The new Viq forged is suppose to be the improve version with about 1 degree stonger loft. Could be good for not so long hitter but better player could find it too strong in loft. Also new viq forged has a little larger face than the old viq forged. But I'm not sure about the offset, I think it should remain the same.
  3. The longer hosel makes the Center Of Gravity (COG) higher and shorter hosel makes the COG lower. The lower COG makes the ball fly easier because sweet spot is lower in engineering sense. But in reality, many people still love the feel of blade, including me. I own both blades and cavity back irons and I am still confuse what I like best. When my swing is good, blade works wonder but when my swing is off, I don't even dare to pick up the club!
  4. FYI V300 is forged iron while V301 is titanium face iron, totally different feel. V300 feels like a good forged iron with soft solid feel, while V301 feels not as good for me. V301 has high pitch sound at impact while V300 has a lower pitch sound similar to Mizuno forged club. Overall, both clubs are easy to hit good distance and accuracy. V300 will have higher value in second hand market than V301 because people just love them. If you can find a good used club, it will be a bargain. Like all forged irons, make sure you put head cover on all of them at all times (except when you are using it) because it is very soft and easily dented.
  5. Info for the V300 Tourstage. It is one of the most popular iron Tourstage ever made. It is very very easy to hit and very long because of the loft they use in each iron. They only made it very short period, but many people still sought after. Very soft feel. I owned 4-pw love it. but in short iron could be better here is the specs Iron #3 #4 #5 #6 #7 #8 #9 PW Loft 20.0 23.0 26.0 29.0 32.0 36.0 40.0 45.0 Shaft NS PRO 950GH lenght 38.75 38.25 37.75 37.25 36.75 36.25 35.75 35.25 Weight 388 394 401 408 416 423 432 441 Swing weight D0 http://www.bs-sports.co.jp/sokuho03/g0708_...08_v300_04.html
  6. I recently tried the AXIV-V, the new model. I was expecting something good out of it but after I hit it.....it was like......WOWWWW. This is much better than the original version. To my opinion, I owned 6064 model, I think it was a fine shaft fit for the swinger but for hitter, it might not fit their liking much. The reason is because the shaft has a little dull feeling but very smooth and sweet. Also the torque is quite high for the hitter who likes low torque. The AXIV-V however, is a different animal. It keeps all the easy to hit profile, lower the torque down a little and the feeling is just awesome. I have tried many different premium shafts such as Rombax, Diamana red, Diamana blue, Tour AD M65, Aldila NV, NVS, Graphaloy nano prot., etc. I think this one is the best! It feels similar to Diamana combined with GD Tour AD but better. It feels like when the club face impact the ball, the shaft snap back like most low torque shaft but without the harsh feeling. I tried this shaft AXIV-V 6070 62 grams and 4.3 in touque and the shafts CPM say 276 put on R7 425 TP with SW around D3 the measured CPM was around 256. I tried with a few people at a range, everyone response was the same. One of the guy who used to own many drivers with exotic shafts said he can hit the ball further......around 30 yards!!! I tried to compare the distance with my Tour AD shaft, and it even flew further than mine M65! For those of you who's been looking for the ultimate shaft, look no further. I haven't found one that come close to this My conclusion? I ordered one already and it will arrive next week :)
