good question..
100%yes.. for sure the shafts makes a big noticebale difference.
i have 3 sets of masdas.
-ns 120x used for links and wind. the X is vastly taughter than the S in 120s adn this keeps the ball lower but they re not heavy so u dont feel like its a railway seeper in hand.
-ns 130 xs protos.. heavier , higher and softer landing. not long, the ball seem to go a bit shorter, not by much buy u need to think each club 1/2 longer or shoter 6, or faster 7??? ,i LOVE these shafts when its hot humid. nothing beats em.
-ns 105x protosx lightweight, very high launch very light in hand swing weight. winter specials when the wnds not up.
dont like 105s as rule even tho they are in a few of sets bec the yare just so easy to use and the opposite if the 130s,, need to think 7,8 not 6/7.. ifind they are not the best feel either , ive got these in some buchi protos ,middled ..., they are sesntional butwhen u get them a tad ff cetnre u know about it.
shimada 3001s are in a set of epon aftours i built as daily all rounders. magnigivent light weght sturdy shafts.
honestly i cant see why u wud cahnge form them ifu like them................... ifu do id suggest some NSpro they go so well in mbs. just find ur ball flight , weight preference.
